As James Edwards delves deeper into the investigation of the MI6 agents' disappearances, he faces increasing opposition from his boss and former wife, Agent Colt. Despite orders to cease his investigation, James's determination leads him to continue, driven by the need to uncover the truth. Utilizing advanced MI6 technology, James partners with Sean Spike, an unlikely ally, to unravel the mystery. However, Sean's blackouts raise concerns, and James's brother introduces the theory of rifts in the fabric of the universe. Ambushed by assailants and encountering otherworldly entities, James and Sean discover a greater threat looming. Recognizing James's skills, Agent Colt establishes The Spy Partners Project to protect MI6. Together, they must unravel the secrets of the rifts and prevent impending doom. As James investigates Sean's blackouts, they face possessed agents and realise the CIA is also affected. The pursuit leads them to a malevolent dimension, where they confront the entity Deathcross, the source of the rifts. Trapped and tested, James and Sean must summon their strength to save their world. With Deathcross's power revealed, they are thrown back to their universe. Armed with knowledge, they prepare for a high-stakes confrontation in London. Meanwhile, John's inventions offer hope, including the fusion cannon. James, Sean, and John coordinate their efforts, strategizing against Deathcross. Time travel becomes their last resort, and James is granted access. He sets out on a mission to undo the devastation caused, altering pivotal moments to prevent Deathcross's control. As he enters the cortex, James takes one last look at the destruction, determined to save lives and restore their world.

The Spy Partners: Series 1 is currently set to shoot in 2024 and release in 2025. No official release date is confirmed at this time.  The series is currently in Pre-production.
